Free Sample Program

 

Our business is built on repeat customers and we want our you to be happy with the products you purchase. To that end, we are happy to send you sample garments to see and try on before you purchase. Samples are sent to you free to review, all you pay for is the shipping costs to send them back to us. You have no obligation to purchase anything from us provided they are returned as outlined below.

Samples are usually shipped within one business day. In 4-5 business days, we will send you a pre-approved return authorization form by email showing instructions on where & when to return the garments (this form must accompany your return). All we require is a credit card number that we hold on file for security until the samples are returned. Nothing is ever billed to your card provided that the samples are returned in accordance with the terms outlined below. Note: Free freight on sample shipments is limited to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Alaska & Hawaii customers can participate in our 'Free Sample Program' however they are responsible to pay all associated freight charges due to the higher cost of shipping to those locations.

Before participating in our free sample program, please read the information below in it's entirely. By participating in our free sample program, you are indicating your agreement to all terms and conditions outlined below.

 

Freight Costs

We will pay all freight costs to ship samples to you subject to the restrictions below. You are responsible for all return freight (we do not bill return freight to your credit card, you simply pay UPS or FedEx to return the samples). USPS return shipments are not allowable. If you place an order after receiving free samples, we may reimburse you for the return freight costs depending on the size of your order. This offer is good for 1 free sample order per customer.

 

Restrictions

You are never obligated to ever purchase anything from us provided the samples are returned in accordance with the requirements below. If you place an order with us after you receive the samples, there are quantity restrictions that will determine whether or not you have to pay the freight from your sample order as follows:

 

If you order 1-23 pieces after receiving free samples:

You will be billed for the freight charges on your sample order. This order does not qualify for our free sample program.

 

If you order 24-72 pieces after receiving free samples:

You are entitled to free freight on a total of 6 sample items from 1 brand.

 

If you order 73-144 pieces after receiving free samples:

You are entitled to free freight on a total of 12 sample items from 2 different brands.

 

If you order above 144 pieces after receiving free samples:

You are entitled to free freight on a total of 24 sample items from 2 different brands.

 

Return due date

Samples must be shipped back on/before the due date shown on the Return Form we send you (3 weeks from the date we ship them to you). We will not accept returns shipped after the due date. Samples shipped after the deadline will be refused & returned to you. No further return will be accepted. Your credit card will be billed for the retail price of the items plus freight costs to ship them back to you. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you receive the Return Authorization Form. We will not notify you if samples are not shipped by the due date.

 

Garment condition

All samples are brand new garments & must be returned in 'brand new' condition with original packaging. Any soiled, damaged or altered garments will be refused & returned to you. Your credit card will be billed for the stated retail price of the items plus freight costs to ship them to you.

 

Return shipment tracking

You are required to supply us with the tracking number of your return shipment by the return shipping deadline shown on the return form we send you. Failure to do so will void the return authorization & no return will be accepted. Your credit card will be billed for the retail price of the items plus freight costs to ship them back to you.

 

Shipping locations

Sample shipments are handled for us by our manufacturers. Different brands may ship from different warehouses and must be returned to those same warehouses (you may have more than one return shipment to make). Your sales rep can tell you at the time you order samples how many return shipments you will have to make.

 

Agreement

By participating in our free sample program, you agree to the terms above and you  authorize RLP UNIFORM to charge the credit card you supply as part of this program for the full retail value of the samples plus freight charges in the event that samples are not returned in accordance with the these terms. There are no exceptions to the requirements listed above.
