How To Place An Order

 

For existing accounts

The fastest way to process orders is to send them directly to your account manager. If you do not have their contact info available please feel free to order by phone at 888.342.5757, fax 888.870.5414 or email us at  accountservices@rlpuniform.com  If sending orders by email, you can specify your order in the email message or attach an Excel, Word or Pdf file to your message.

First time orders for new customers

First time customers can get an account open and process their first order in a few minutes. In addition to your order we need to gather some information such as your payment preference, billing and shipping information etc. You can either call us to get your account setup or do everything by fax or email. Below is what we need to process your first order (all forms & applications listed below are located via the 'Forms & brochures' link at the bottom of this page):

 

MINIMUM FIRST ORDER REQUIREMENT

For your first order - If you are ordering items without embroidery or customizing we require a minimum order of 12 pieces. If you are ordering items with embroidery or customizing the minimum is 24 pieces. There are no minimum requirements for subsequent orders except for neckwear, hats and accessories.

 

ADDRESSES AND CONTACT INFORMATION

You can either call to get your account setup at 888.342.5757 at which time we will gather this information or you can complete the 'New Customer Setup' form and fax or email to us.

 

IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CREDIT CARD

Our credit card processing banks require us to have a signed credit card authorization on file. If you want to authorize a single order only, use the 'Single Credit Card Authorization'. If you want to only complete the authorization once and have us keep the card on file for future orders use the 'Credit Card Terms' authorization.

 

IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHECK

If you initial order is below $5,000 dollars and you want to expedite processing your order. Use the 'Instant Net 30' credit application. There is no delay in getting your order processed if you complete this form. As soon as we receive the form we are ready to process your order. We do not contact suppliers or banks for customers using this form.

If your initial order is at least $2,500 and you expect your annual purchases to exceed $25,000 you can complete the 'Regular Net 30' credit application. Processing time for this application varies as we have to obtain credit information from your suppliers and banks.
