Garment care
Always follow instructions shown on care label affixed to each
garment. Garment care for
garments shown on our website is available upon request.
Minimum order requirement
For your first
order, there is a minimum requirement of 12
garments combined for non-customized items, 24 pieces for
customized items.
Minimums vary for certain neckwear, headwear & accessories. There are no minimums for subsequent orders.
How long does it take to process and
ship an order
Generally, orders without customization will ship within 24
hours. Orders with embroidery or other customizing generally
ship in 5-10 business days.
Are samples available before you buy
Yes, in fact we strongly encourage it. Samples are sent
out as part of the process of helping you decide which
products to purchase. We have a 'free sample program'
that we would encourage you to look at. You can find
links to this program on each page of this site.
How you can place an order
We accept orders by telephone, fax or email. For your
initial order, we need to briefly speak with you
to collect all necessary billing & shipping information.
We do not offer online ordering with the exception of
custom programs for some larger accounts.
What payment methods are available
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex,
Discover, Wire Transfers, Debit Cards and most purchasing cards. For check payments we have
an 'instant net 30 terms' program for smaller accounts and
regular net 30 terms for larger accounts. We also accept
purchase orders from government agencies, many
corporate accounts and institutions. Please feel free to
contact us to discuss your needs, we will do our best to
accommodate you.
Do we ship outside the U.S.A
We have many customers located
outside the U.S. however shipments we make that are destined
for other countries can only be shipped to a freight forwarder
located within the U.S.A.
Do we sell products to resellers
Our products are sold only to end-users and may not be resold.
